just started my cycle test e 500ml ew mon 250 and thu 250,
Did my first week test e i feel like i put on some kg,
my diet is like this :
8 morning : oats milk cup protein whey 100% Gold standard Optimum nutrition.
24g pro 5.5 bcaas 4 glutamine = 110 cal
5 eggs white 1 yolk, 1 banana
1100 cup protein whey 100% Gold with milk
1300 250gr chicken breast with rice or potato salad, banana, apple,
1600 training, after trening
1700 cup protein whey 100% Gold with milk,
1800, 185 gr tuna in water just adding 1 spoon olive oil extra virgin and lemon,
2100 250gr chicken breast with rice or potato, frute,
2300 cup protein whey 100% Gold with milk,
1200 mid day i drink multi vitamins and minerals Full spectrum brand Usa,
and 500mg vitamin C morning and 500mg vitamin C night,
what do u think, if i need anything pls let me know.
