sup guys, diet advice.
i made a post yesterday about how i juiced and now i want to start a diet instead of juicing again.
Im 5,6
Weight: 139
i work out 5 times a week, Mon - Fridays, i want to gain weight and at least bulk up 10 - 20 more pounds.
can you guys give some advice on what to eat, how many times a day, should i be drinking creatine or protein shakes.
