perfect diets
i have just planned a PERFECT diet, just by entering my stats and goals into a menu which took 2mins,you can choose bulking or cutting diet,it'll tell you your average bodyfat, tell it how many meals you want to eat each day,how many lbs you want to gain/lose and it'll work it all out for you and give you the daily calories you should be eating thats the calorie counter in the tools and downloads section then go on the deit planner also in that section and click your calories, and a perfect diet will come up for you.
im not sure weather or not its against forum rules to post this website so if someone lets me know if its ill post it.

yea its tidy for a begginer like me tho,i just added a couple of things to mine to make up the cals..its alright for the other newbies aswell to get a base, then they'll stop asking you to plan whole diets for them,u'll just have to tweek them then if you feel lyk helpin em out.
