The protein should be cut in half (I eat 2x bodyweight during reload)
The carb should also be cut in half.
Fat calories should be replacing lost carb/protein kcals!
The calories should be kept at maintenance level or slightly above.
In the deload phase we utilize carb cycling (1 carbup, 1cheat day).
