    Your diet needs work,
    Drop the toast in breakfast.....
    add in oatmeal
Also atleast 5 or more egg whites

How many chicken breasts are you eating?

You need casein protein before bed.

ok bunny and redz i have ordered some Casein Protein and should have it monday or tuesday and for the egg whites will look into tht and for ditching the toast, Milos Sarcev says it is best to have wholemeal or oatmeal for your breakfast cause then you can work it off through out the day rather then late at night when it lays heavy and unused
