there is no conclusive answer to that question, although there are alot of theories. I hear some people say your body can only use about 18g protein per hour or something similar, and have heard others say 60g!!! I tend to aim for 50g per meal.
Your second question again has no solid answer, but generally 1-2g protein per lb of lean bodyweight is recommended.
I grew enough, I would say, with 1,5 g per lb.
Currently on my pct, I am going for 2 g per lb.
Imo the amount of proteins in your diet depends from goal. In bulking there's no need of high amounts of proteins (i mean more than 1,5-2g/lbs) because carbs will be used as fuel. Instead in cutting a greater part of the proteins ingested will be used as energy.
everyone is different. The presence of insulin affects absorption. time of the day such as breakfast and PWO you can absorb more. everyones different
