    who knows the best time to do cardio?

    is it before workout on an empty stomach? or post workout?

    best time if bulking? best time if cutting?

    The main thing is to make sure it gets done! Secondly alot of people i know do both,sometimes both in a day. I think FIREGUY does morning and PWO cardio at times,even when bulking,but ill let him tell you about what he does LOL. So to answer your question.......JUST DO IT!

    ya thats just for bulking tho....i wanted to know when the best time to do it is?

    the best time is any time, so long as you do it

    if fat loss is your goal, fasted am cardio is a great method

    if performance or endurance are your goals, a fed (carb-filled) state is optimal; I prefer HIIT in a fed state as well

    for bulking, IMO, it depends on your level of fitness and where you are in your bulk; if you're in good enough shape, I think HIIT works great a few times a week on a bulk (esp. for its GH release and prolonged afterburn)

    The timing wont make a difference in bulking or cutting.
