I was wondering how to figure out how many calories per day I should be eating so I can lose 1 pond of body fat per week and retain AS MUCH MUSCLE AS POSSIBLE!! I wantto eat enough so I dont go into starvation mode but I really have no clue how to figure my calorie amount per day out.
Does it have aything to do with my Basal Metabolic rate?
