FOr atkins that looks like to much in the way of carbs. But I would try like Marcus said a CKD diet...Im no expert but I am working out my own low carb diet with one refeed day a week...But my sample day is:
8 whole eggs, 3 beef paddies (6oz each), 3 homemade brats (6oz beef each and spices with low salt), 1/2 cup almonds, 2oz cheese, 1 roasting chicken, 15oz shortribs, 2 servings of fishoil and 2 or omega 3s, 6oz of white fish. I do have a few shakes with some olive oil as well between meals, post workout and at night when I wake up to pee.
Atkins is geared towards 'normal' people with a relatively sedentary lifestyle, not somebody looking to build a great physique. As the others mentioned above, look into a CKD diet, or research Palumbo's keto diet. Both are MUCH more geared towards bodybuilding.
