Okay so today is my reload for ckd. I won't workout till 300 and then ill start my reload around 4 430ish. My question is I eat keto up until workout than reload after and reload the beginning of sat and start keto again that night but how do I count the macros for the keto since it is only two half days? Do I add Fri morning and sat night together to get my keto macros for the day? I'm confused

Just do what you normally would but cut it off at your workout and switch over to carbs. Don't worry about getting exactly a 1/2 day's keto macro's and what not; just eat what you normally would for the 1st half of the day.
