Diet Plan...early stage
Ok guys, I need to drop ALOT of BF...but It's not a gigantic hurry or anything. I'm not expecting results overnight, because I don't wanna be let down. I weigh about 195 lbs and Im estimating around 28-30% bf.
That being said, here is the breakdown Im planning:
45/35/20
Prot/Carbs/Fat
~ 1700 cals (about 300 under bmr)
5 meals
Sample: (today so far)
Meal 1: 2 scoops whey, 10 oz skim milk, 1 packet instant oats.
~330 cals, 35g prot. 30g carbs, 4g fat
Meal 2: Tuna sand. FF yogurt
~330 cals, 40g prot., 35g carbs, 3g fat
...I'm finding its pretty hard to stick to the macros exactly...If Im missing on say fat or carbs on a meal, should I really sweat it? Thanks for imput guys!

Don't sweet little inconsistancies, we are looking at the bigger picture, you will drive yourself crazy if you do this. IMO I go a little lower on the carbs, but that is my body type and what diet works for my body, try yours and see. Remember to experiment, but do it long enough to actually see results. BTW your calories look pretty low, you calc'd your BMR to be 2000 that is pretty damn low for a 195lb individual, but I guess your BF is around 30% so maybe it is. Just from what I see you posting for a few meals they can use some work. You are picking dairy, which most people don't like when cutting, has high insulin responce, also you are eating instant oats, try using real slow cook oats, there is a big difference in the GI values. When you get everything all set post your diet and we will comment. Also don't skip on the healthy fats, Flax and Nut......
