The gym I go to does not offer this and its bugging the crap out of me. I know that some gurus here are really good at estimating bf and would love some input. I am 37 yrs old 6 ft even 180 lbs , I am sucking in a bit in this one but right now only decent pic I got . Thanks in advance

agree with 13-15%. u can just about see abs coming through which is usually about 12% though so could be lower.
Disagree! I don't wanna hijack the thread, but 9 times out of 10, around 15% is when abs start peaking through. 12% is pretty lean bro, most people are showing a decent 4 pack at 12%. I'm around 12% myself.Quote:
