its 1105 pm just finished working out a hour and a half ago. I had a protein shake after workout showered and picked up a little I am now "wanting to eat a serving of lugi' real italian ice", while watching a movie with the lady. my question is this ok are there any objections will I **** my body up lol. no serious note though I been trying to look for healthy snacks would this qualify as one as long as I keep with in my tdee and macros?
