Bcaa
I take nothing but in the past I have taken clen.
i used to take 10g bcaas.. currently i take nothing and do 20g bcaa post cardio (usually its an hr or hr and a half before i can eat).. considering maybe taking some caffeine..
300mg caffeine, 1000mg green tea extract, 10g BCAA, 1g Vit c, 10mg Vit b6.
Forgive me, but haven't you asked this on another thread a few months back?
Whatever ephedrine blend I have at hand and 10g BCAA
I do BCAA's and whatever half my clen dosage is for the day. I always split my clen into morning and afternoon doses.
interesting, everybody takes their clen before cardio, any reason for this or it just preference?
i have always taken it after and again there no reason just my routine, cardio then orals
