    1200 calories, Is this possible?

Lately in some post i've read of guys 20-22 years old with stats like "6"5 weighing 97kgs" and similar, and when they posted their detailed diet, it turned out that it was not more then 1200-1500 calories!!!
It can really be possible to be that weight with so little? i'm much shorter, lighter but if i eat like that i would become tiny as a ghost in no time!
I forgot to say i'm much older too

6"5 is very tall, and to be that height, 97kilos isn't that much at all! Ur be surprised how much someone weighs just by being a few inches taller than you

What happened to their bodies? What were their goals? Bodyfat?

If their LBM was low enough, it's possible. Unlikely, but possible.

strength is always going to be the trump.. and without food, or aas, there will never be enough strength..

    case in point..

    I'll be 5'9 212 18% bf 51 yrs old

son in law 5'11 165 9% bf, legs like twigs and works construction, so he's almost stripped and rugged right??
yes he can pick up 125 lbs alot, but he can't lift 300 more than 1-2 times

on the other hand, i can pick up 300 lbs several times, and leg press 300 lbs 300 times.. but that takes a lot of training, he'll never leg press that much for that many times without seriously screwing his tendons and ligaments since once the muscle fails, the weight is transfered to the supportive tissues..

So one must realize the goals and desires of the person..

Sorry i had to use Lbs instead of Kgs..
