Opinion for the best calorie deficit for cutting fat but maintaining/building muscle for the following stats:
Ht: 6' 1”
Wt: 185 lbs
BMR: 1900
Age: 16
TDEE: 2950
BF%: 15%
Training goal to build mass, 4 times a week.
Would be using 50P/30C/20F split, just wondering what you'd think was the best calorie deficit ? ex. -500. -200 etc.
