6 foot 1 207 pounds,
Currently on my first test cyp cycle,
Can anybody tell me there diet because ive only got advice of the Internet and a few people from the gym who are smaller than me, I'm not worried about how much bf I put on at the moment because I will shift than when cutting, my diet:
Wake up 5.30 am bowl of pooridge and a protein shake,
7.30 am roughly 5 boiled eggs
10am half a chicken sliced with salad
12.30pm 2 peices of white fish with rice and veg
4pm a snack before the gym like tuna and a protein shake
After the gym about 6.30pm a protein shake and dinner: beef,mash and veg or boiled potatoes
Before bed I will snack again on anything I can get my hands on really
I'm open to criticism because you lot on here seem to be geniuses, am I eating to much?not enough? Good food or bad food? Thanks in advance
