New diet please help !!!!
Here is what I thought about trying. I would like to drop about 25lbs from now till January. I'm 6'2" 255lbs 25% BF
Meal 1 (6:30 am)
Protein Shake
3/4 oatmeal with raisins
Meal 2 (9:30am)
Shake & 1/4 almonds
Meal 3 (lunch) (12:30)
Turkey slices or 6 oz of plain grilled chicken. One of these fruits Grapes/banana/orange/apple
Meal 4 (3pm) (3:00)
Protein shake + 1/4 cup of almonds
Meal 5 (dinner) 6:00pm
Lean meat, veggies & salad
Jack3D 8PM -
(prior to work out)
2-2.5 hour work out
Meals 6 11PM
