Yeah, leangains is'nt really a diet, it's more of a meal plan, a style of eating IE instead of eating 5 small meals every 3 hours or 3 square meals. You are eating you micros in a six hour Window. You can implement whatever micro split you please be it carb cycling, ketotis, low carb, carb only whatever.Quote:

there is a thread dedicated to this somewhere here. i did it for a while and love it. i am now converting back to eating more meals, but that has more to do with my training
