Weeks 1-4 d-Bol 25 mg Ed
I'm 5'9"
Weight 190
Goals to gain lbm
I'm thinking 3500 cals for now
220 protein
80 g fat
Rest carbs
An just adjust cals after d-Bol is over ??
What y'all think ??
