Are white potatoes ok to eat?

I'm eating white potatoes wit sum meals are they ok,or sud it be sweet potatoes?any help

They are fine, no problem. I don't like sweet potatoes and only ever eat the white variety!

Many members on this site are beginning to eat both white and sweet same for brown and white rice. I'm gonna sick to sweet though, I like them better anyways

sweet and brown is always better for you, but depending on your goals and how you split your macros what works for one person doesnt for another, i stopped brown rice and moved to white.

Strictly speaking in terms of macros/calories, the difference is negligible at best. Same goes for varieties of rice. Personally I like sweet potatoes/yams, but I often eat white/yellow/red potatoes as well. No problem.

Aside from building muscle, if a clean healthy lifestyle is of importance to you, then the 'colorful' varieties of potatoes and grains are the clear winner.

I have gotten used to sweet potatoes and actually prefer the taste of them.
