I can't cook for shit. I marinate the chicken for 30 mins in lemon pepper stuff, I grill it and I store it with cooked rice that has sat for a little and the next day it's rock hard and dry as a bone.

LOL.. she should cook it with the bone in, skin on and not over cook it! i usually cook mine in the oven like this at 450degrees fahrenheit for 50mins and then remove and let it sit to cool and then remove the meat.. awesome! fvck skinless boneless i havent eaten that garbage in 6 months or longer! i also cut to 9%bf eating chicken like this so the macro difference has negligible effect.. only way to go pal!Quote:
