a worse cook than hellen keller

I can't cook for shit. I marinate the chicken for 30 mins in lemon pepper stuff, I grill it and I store it with cooked rice that has sat for a little and the next day it's rock hard and dry as a bone.
I NEED PROTIPS! please help me lol

Hellen Keller probably would have made a great cook, being that her sense of taste and smell would have been heightened. Other than that, I have nothing to contribute. Sorry. lol

i still cant get over the fact that she was able to learn stuff. being born deaf and blind seems insurmountable as far as being able to be taught.. yall ever see the movie about her?

LOL.. she should cook it with the bone in, skin on and not over cook it! i usually cook mine in the oven like this at 450degrees fahrenheit for 50mins and then remove and let it sit to cool and then remove the meat.. awesome! fvck skinless boneless i havent eaten that garbage in 6 months or longer! i also cut to 9%bf eating chicken like this so the macro difference has negligible effect.. only way to go pal!

a little side note: i put garlic powder, black pepper, and season salt on the skin and usually sneak a bite or 2 of the skin cuz its damn good with that stuff on it all crispy!

well I can turn it on but apparently I suck at cooking with it. I've heard cooking with coconut oil keeps the chicken moist
