im at 10% BF, im just trying to get more ripped and toned, here is what i'm eating
meal 1- 1/2 Cup Egg Whites+2 Whole Eggs & 2 Slices WW Bread
meal 2 - 1 scoop whey protein + 1 Cup Oatmeal ( PWO )
meal 3 - Chicken breast + 1/2 Cup Brown Rice
meal 4 - 93% Ground Turkey 4oz + 1 Cup Broccoli
meal 5 - 93% Ground Turkey 4oz & 1 tbsp of ANPB
meal 6 - Talapia + 1 Scoop Casein & 2 tbsp Flaxoil
Calories: 1,950 Carbs: 119 Fat: 75 Protein: 210
not to sure what my weight is doing yet i just started, i have a shoot coming up and i need to get as lean as i can
