clen and diet

hello people. not sure im in the right thread. im new to this whole thing. im about to start taking clenbuterol
to burn some exess fat, was just wondering. how much to take, and how long for?. my diet is great and my body fat is reasonably low, i just cant seem to drop that extra fat, help please
