1/2 avocado a day and almonds. Other nuts to, but mostly almonds.
I don't buy pistachios anymore because I can burn through a whole bag in 1 sitting
Almonds and almond butter are the same thing BTW. Same with peanuts and its butter.
Avocado I eat that sucker with almost everything tuna, steak, chicken, eggs
