Hey guys, been dieting for 6 years now (going to a ex-bodybuilder now nutritionist) and I'm about to start my first cycle (test-e, hcg, arimidex) and just wanted a little okay from somebody my diet is in check for a cycle (since before it was only made out for just leaning down and building muscle naturally. I'm not going to be able to see my nutritionist before I start my cycle so here goes some stats then my diet as of now...
Age: 23 (fully developed, been same height since 16 and growth plates are all fused. I hit puberty super early doc said)
Height: 6 foot
Weight: 210
Body fat: 17%
Workout experience: 8ish years
-Diet-
Breakfast:
8 oz. egg white international
2 wheat toast
Glass of milk
Mid morning:
Myoplex r-t-d 42g protein
Clif bar
Lunch:
8 oz of (super) lean meat (tilapia, chicken or turkey
1 cup of rice
Salad (ff dressing)
Mid afternoon:
Repeat lunch
Dinner:
Repeat dinner
Before bed:
Repeat dinner protein OR casein
Cup of rice OR air popped pop corn w/ Pam spray butter & slap ya momma seasoning
