Hey guys. Im 6"2 and 114kgs. Ive always eaten what i want and drunk what i wanted but train hard when I'm in the gym. 4-5 times a week. I'm natural but really want to get on a cycle. Want to get my BF down before getting on it. Is there anyone that could help me or has a really good diet that I could follow?
