Early morning
Next week i'm gonna start training morning.
Whats your opinion about the food intake before,during and after early morning training?
7:30 am meal will be:
50 gr oatmeal powder
25gr dextrose powder
25 gr whey protein
200ml 2% milk mixed with everything above
8:30 am hit the gym
i got a pre-workout powder (Xpand x2) and glutamine should i take it during workout?
9:30 am meal :
50gr whey protein
25gr dextrose
1 banana

if i was gonna hit the gym at 8.30am, i would be awake and eating by like 4am... and get in 2 or 3 meals before i 'go'
otherwise i just train later in the day/night....

and btw.. there's too much 'powder' there.. eat food, not 'powder'

thanks but after that i got 5 food meals
