negative calorie foods

i have allways heard that it takes more calories to burn and digest a stalk of celery than are actually in it thus, haveing a negative calorie food. i found this very intersting and thought this would help every one with their cutting. when i researched this i actually found that there are more negative calorie foods. if you guys are having trouble with the cutting check out these foods all are supposedly negative calorie for more info check this site http://www.webterrace.com/dieters/5.htm

I am sorry to say that apples, oranges and other stuff on this authors list are not negative calorie foods and contain a lot of natural sugars... namely fructose.

i wish it could be true!

yeah i was sceptical too. So the only things i try to eat as snakc that i think are negatiev calories are broccoli asparagas and celery

I wish they would come out with a negative calorie cheesecake (Damn this diet!!!)

I wrote a thread on this a long time ago and i remember someone said it wasn't true but i don't remember the reasoning, i couldn't find the thread though...
