I agree with it mostly, I think HFCS is the devil and needs outlawed. Tons and tons of empirical data on its health effects.

Def not poor. People love to over-complicate nutrition. It doesn't have to be like that. You don't need a degree in pub med to get lean and big.
BTW I like being a layman. There's already plenty of "experts" online with pub med (and the like) studies dying to get in a debate with you. I'm soo over it!

I just sent this to everyone in my address book who continues to tell me that I "eat funny" and "am lucky to just have good genetics".... Neither of which are true, sadly.
