    Very seldom I read something like this and can agree to everything that's said.
    But from my first glimpse i didn't see anything I disagreed with actually.

    I agree with it mostly, I think HFCS is the devil and needs outlawed. Tons and tons of empirical data on its health effects.

    Going to check it out now. I find myself using that site a LOT for research on supps. Used it just last week for reading up on D-ribose; was interested in its effect on ATP production, and cardiac output. Very useful site.

    Def not poor. People love to over-complicate nutrition. It doesn't have to be like that. You don't need a degree in pub med to get lean and big.

    BTW I like being a layman. There's already plenty of "experts" online with pub med (and the like) studies dying to get in a debate with you. I'm soo over it!
