Its the training. Period. No? Diett is 90%?. Sure but it wont count a rats ass if its not used to fuel your training. Look at Levrone. All the roids and diett and knowhow in the world. Stil it didnt mean shit when he couldnt hit them hard.

What i want you to do is to eat all that rice u can handle 150 min preworkout. Then bring the same amount to the gym and eat rigth away when finished. Use what ever it takes to get the rice down. Chickenbreast, ketchup and coke work for me.
Im a living proof. 4 weeks after cycle. Guess my test is under 100. Minipct doesnt work. Tired and depressed. Yet. With that riceapproach combined with the cranberriestip and doublé PWO i manage to keep my strength in the gym and then again. Keep pretty much of the size. Actually i have gained strength after cycle when i started this.
Look. Say what u want but the reason u loose muscles after a cycle is because you are not able to handle those weigths anymore.
I use white rice. It doesnt fill u up. Actually it thigthens my midsection. Easily digested.
Brown rice would be better for cholestrol but i cant get enough of it down. So fuk cholestrol. All it takes....
