    Question Over-Eating protein? Help!

Im currently bulking @4150 Cals daily while on Test E

    Cycle log:
First Cycle Log - Test E

    Current Weight: 95.5kg
    Height: 6.1'

    Diet: 45% carbs 30% prot 25%fats

Wich leads to 311g of protein daily. (Wich im following since day1 of this bulk).

Now my questions is: Should i keep going for 300+g of protein (according to my calorie intake) or should i lower prot intake and raise carbs/fats?

    What are your toughs?

So you might need a bit more carbs. Just replace protein with Carbs in a 1:1 ratio and see if you gain more weight. 311gr of protein is one metric fuck ton and I doubt you use more than 150-200 in new muscle mass to be honest.

Went for 50/25/25 wich ends up being up to 500+ carbs and 250ish prot.

Lets see how this works for this week (week 4 of my test e)
