Hey guys,
I have been working out since quite a while, around 3+ years but have not been very regular though. When I initially started I was very skinny but gradually I gained some much needed weight. I started with 115 pounds and then made it to 165 pounds in a span of 1-2 years. Now I'm 156 pounds (height 5.8 ft) after changing my diet a bit, removing a lot of junk calories and unnecessary fats.
My workout schedule is:
Mon - Chest
Tues - Back / Biceps
Wed - Legs / Abs
Thurs - Shoulders
Fri - Legs / Triceps
Sat - Sun - Rest
My routine diet is :
Meal 1:
1 Banana
500ml Low Fat Milk with 1/2 scoop protein , 1 tsp peanut butter
Handful of almonds/cashews/walnuts/apricot/chia seeds/flax seeds
Meal 2:
1 cup curd
7 white boiled eggs
Meal 3:
Some lentils and vegetables
Wholewheat indian chappatis
Meal 4: (Pre workout)
Brown bread cottage cheese vegetable sandwitch
2 cups curd
1 glass papaya shake
Meal 5: (Post workout)
1 glass fresh orange juice
Some raw pineapple
500 ml low fat milk + 1 scoop whey + 1 tsp peanut butter
Meal 6:
1 cup curd
8 boiled white eggs
PS - I'm a vegetarian and don't eat any kind of meat.
