reverse dieting?
Hi Guys
i'm four weeks off from finishing my cut, calorie deficit is around 500 cals below maintainence at min (re calculating as the weight drops) , I'm supplementing with low dose t3 (.50mcg) and 50mg Var daily im also cycling mast tren and prop.
what are peoples experiences with reverse dieting / end of cycle? i'm contemplating a cruise with one eye on the Christmas period for another bulk with another cut in jan,
or.... come off completely and PCT and clean out before the next lean bulk.
with one eye on metabolic recovery any ideas experiences? thanks for sharingLast edited by matt thebeard; 08-15-2017 at 09:23 AM.

Matt,
This Youtube video, while a bit long, I find to be extremely informative.

It's a good way to reset your metabolism and limit metabolic damage. My good buddy is a PHd in exercise physiology and runs one of the biggest academic labs in the country. He swears by it.

its not something i've previously been familiar with but it sounds like it has to be worth a try, I think ill give the middle ground a go i.e sharp increase to start then slowly back to "new " maintenance cals over a few weeks after that and see how my body responds.

i prefer to try to optimise my bulking phases and I don't think you can 100% wring every ounce of growth out of a lean bulk, im not looking to gain 5lbs of muscle and 15lbs of fat but happy to gain 5 kg's if some of that extra means im getting every single fibre of growth that I can, im 46 now so staying lean and gaining muscle is not as easy as it used to be ;-)
