Water retention on keto
Has anyone had issues of water retention on keto? I have been back on the keto diet for a couple of weeks and have not diuresed at all. Trace to moderate ketones in urine since about day 5. Only on test 500/wk with adex .5 on injection days (last run like this adex was perfectly dosed at this for e2). No excess or low e2 symptoms, lab results pending. Also HCG maintenance at 500/wk, same for the past couple of years.
I don't take in a lot of salt but if I do I hydrate well. I am well-hydrated.
Can't figure it out. It's like keto just stalled out, no water loss, no weight loss. Calories are dialed in now.
Should have CMP results tomorrow and will consider starting a little HCTZ.
Thoughts??

E2 levels back and at 46.4 (8.0 - 35.0). I like to run e2 just a tad high but will add .5mg adex/wk and see how it does with water and e2.

I lost close to 11 lbs of water in the first 9 days. But i was producing a lot of ketones.
