    Meal Plan Critique

I am cutting carbs a lot, I was thinking of going Keto but I reduced carbs and just cycling the Oats I have at breakfast:

    1/2 Cup Oats
    1 egg 4 egg whites
    2 Pieces turkey Bacon

    6-8 Ounces Grilled Chicken
    1 Serving Steamed Broccoli

    Protein Shake Syntrax Matrix 5.0
1 serving of Frozen Fruit Berrys
    This is taken PWO only

    8 ounces Lean beef
    1 Serving Zucchini Noodles
    Marinara Sauce

I will have around 1/2 cup of Almonds through out the day also.

On a low day I will add in a low carb protein bar and two string cheese as a small meal early in the day.

I also up it to two whole eggs with the egg whites for breakfast.

I am trying to cut right now. I had surgery on my stomach not to long ago so I can't eat as much as I used to either.

I am on 3iu of Norditropin, 100mcg T4. I will be starting a Test and Anavar cycle soon.

I know I should be adding more carbs but I am so apprehensive.

Sometimes I change meals. I will substitute, Steak for the lean beef, Sweet Potato for Zucchini noodles. I will sometimes have baked chicken instead of grilled chicken for lunch.

It matters on the meal I am making at home.

I could not do a 1 hour workout without any carbs in my last meal. Rice and chicken for me.

I'm going to add in 1 cup of brown rice on a lift day which is an extra 45 carbs and a protein bar which adds another 15 carbs.

So a total of 133 grams of carbs....

ouch, that's harsh buddy are you in a mega rush to drop "weight" then? because theres a strong chance without good medication that you will burn through muscle on carbs that low, I personally (unless competing and even then) would never drop my daily carbs below 150 and overall cals below around 2000 (but that suits my bodyweight etc. ) but below that is dark territory for energy and muscle loss IMO

You could also add in Keto salts to help with energy and
Going into ketosis if you're wanting to go that route. Kegenix has a good product for that.
