Decreasing excessive hunger in the evening??
Well in the evening usually I'm so hungry I can not fall asleep so I often overeat at night. Is there any cure? By the way I'm no longer a caffeine user so it's possible I could became even more hungry.

Ephedrine
Albuterol

Eat veggies closer to nighttime (especially green veggies, ones high in fiber, ala broccoli) 450 calories of broccoli can go a long way, atleast for me.
Drink more water (granted might disrupt sleeping having to urinate, but play around with your intake and see)
I like to shift a substantially larger portion of my calories towards dinner time because it helps me with the issue that you have. Especially when dieting. Example if I'm eating 2500 calories p/day it's not uncommon for me to eat 600 calories in the afternoon and save the rest of my 1900 calories for 1 meal prior to bed. Ideal or not, it's been what has worked for me, so I go with it.
Carbs before bed (white rice) I feel helps me.

Honestly i think artificial sweeteners work v well for this. The drinks bloat the hell out of your stomach too lol

I've had this happen and I usually will try to ignore it completely, I'll have some tea or more water instead giving into eating more
I noticed recently actually if you feel the stomach pains and you're craving for some food but you have either met your Triton needs already I ignore it and within an hour or two its gone, i think its grelhin just acting up and trying to get you to eat more than you need
What helped me stay full throughout the day is actually adding in more fats

Hi All,
I just happened to stumble across your thread and well me what I do is having my biggest meal (454Cal.) at night (9pm) and I am still in very large deficit (-1015Cal.) What I have for that meal is:
Oats (80gr)
Chias graines (15gr)
Honey (30gr)
Preparation: Oats inside a microwave container, add the Chias graines, add just enough water to make a thick mixed paste and 5mins into the microwave. It comes out as a semi rigid solid cake. Let chill out for 15mins then spread the honey on top evenly and voilà !! Delicious. You will be filled up until the next day in the afternoon ..

I had the same problem, this was my fix:
So for dinner I usually eat ~1000 calories. 3 servings chicken, 3 servings rice, 6 servings vegetables. The veges makes it a biiiig meal. then I split that into two meals. I eat one at dinner time, the second an hour before bed. Veges are key though, so you end up with 2 big plates of food for your dinners

I just eat a big ass bowel of icecream. Of course I’m a fatty too. So maybe not the best idea...

Well, I have found the way to manage it, but it would be a secret.

Try to eat some lean protein just before you get too hungry
A pot of 0% Fage greek yogurt, is around 20g protein for 100 calories. Adding a sugar free jelly/jello should satisfy any sweet cravings too
That's just enough to work for me anyway

Try topamax, it’s a migraine medication but works wonders for killing cravings.
