Lean Bulk Diet test your knowledge
I am looking for help with a lean bulk diet currently weight 180lbs at around 15% bf. I need to work my meals around these times:
Cardio & Abbs finished each morning back ready for meal by 8am
Workout starts at 6pm each evening
I would like to know ratio breakdown for diet i was thinking 30:50:20, when to include carbs, when not to, when to include fats and when not to.
I was thinking starting off with 3500cal and possibly moving up to 4000cal but on my diet ratio's carbs on 4000cal would end up at 400grams a day is this too high?
Could anyone interested in helping lay down a diet and list foods i could possibly choose from particuly carbs and fats very confused on what carbs and fats i should be eating
