ALA (Alpha Lipioc Acid)100mg for every 30-40gm carbs)
Biotin (1 Pill for every 100mg of ALA)
Glutamine ( 5mg twice daily)
Ultra Fuel (3scoops in post workout shake)
Whey
Meal 1: 6:30am-7:00am
8egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal (sugar free jam)
Meal 2: 9:30am-10:00am
Protein Shake Myoplex (2 tbsp flax), Glutamine
8oz grilled chicken
Meal 3: 12:30pm-1:00pm
8oz Turkey Breast
Green veggies
Meal 4: 3:30pm-4:00pm
4:00pm (PRE WORKOUT)
