Lets Try This Again. New Revised Cutting Diet
Crtique if possible thanx guys
4:45am- 5:30am cardio
(Before Cardio Real small cup of Propel or Crystal Lite mixed with Glutamine)
*All shakes made with water
Supplements Taking In
Eca 3 times daily (Home Made from the Pharmacy)
2multi Vitamins daily
ALA (Alpha Lipioc Acid)100mg for every 30-40gm carbs)
Biotin (1 Pill for every 100mg of ALA)
Glutamine ( 5mg twice daily)
Ultra Fuel (3scoops in post workout shake)
Whey
Meal 1: 6:30am-7:00am
8egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal (sugar free jam)
Meal 2: 9:30am-10:00am
Protein Shake Myoplex (2 tbsp flax), Glutamine
8oz grilled chicken
Meal 3: 12:30pm-1:00pm
8oz Turkey Breast
Green veggies
Meal 4: 3:30pm-4:00pm
4:00pm (PRE WORKOUT)
Designer Whey Shake
2tbsp of Natural peanut Butter
WORKOUT 4:30-5:30
Meal 5: 5:35
POST WORKOUT NUTRITION
(As I am walking out the gym)
Myoplex Shake w/ 3scoops of Ultra Fuel
Meal 6: 7:00
8oz lean steak/or chicken
½ cup Rice or Oats
1.5 cups greens veggies

I don't have time to scour it, but from what I see, I'm happy to see you taking everyone's advice and putting out a good looking plan .

Don't myoplex shakes have tons of carbs?

swole yea 17 but reaaly didnt think it would hurt me cuz im taking 3 shakes total 2 myoplex one early morn around 10am then the otha directly after workout
the 3rd one is only 2 carbs
i may be wrong tell me what u think

if your cutting save yourself the money and dump the myoplex's. I think all that cement grit is not worth the price.

Yeah, that's all I was going to suggest as it'll help you out for sure. Just a little change, but over time it does make a big difference.
