The servers are down or something. Can't log-in and when you go to "contact us" the message says the servers are down. There's a 30% off Easter sale ending today and I waited till the last moment.

I can login and get into my account, I just verified. I did notice that the Easter discount pop up window was no longer there on the home page though. I just placed an order on the 21st as well.. thought it was a little strange that I didn't get one email from them after the order like I usually do. My order says "partially shipped" already, but no tracking info.
Oh... I figured out the deal.
They do not communicate through email anymore to my knowledge.
They communicate through "My Tickets" now.
No kidding. Have you heard back from them through the ticket system? I sent them an email just to make sure the payment went through ok, never heard back.. but didn't want to harass them. Then started sweating after I started reading some reviews on another site that I'll remain nameless. But I have faith in Big A.. he's been solid for years.

Yes, I make contact with them through my tickets only. It takes a day or two for a response sometimes. They respond though.
Their email has been down since last Dec or before, I doubt they go back to it.

OP... just noticed that they're running a "Spring" promo this morning. Not quite the 30%.. but it is 20% off all items. And for anyone that haven't used Bitcoins yet.. they're the best thing since sliced bread! You can save another 20% there.
He is half price of most suppliers and has great quality.
Its worth a little extra time. I fully considered ordering somewhere else this go round but $250 sounded much better than $500-$600.
TBH his email always sucked sometumes it took a week to get an answer. My tickets, is faster means of communication.
Their server must have been down. Yesterday I did the forgot password option and got nothing. Today it's all good. I wish there was a "never will remember password," click thing.
Anyone know if they still having shipping issue? Ordered a while back, said it shipped on 4.28 and hasn't come in. Sent another email and haven't heard back. Never had issue in the past (several years) at all.

I lost a package because i moved and forgot to update the address... : / then i hoped it would be forwarded to me. nope. so i re ordered, but the place where i live now isnt nice and ive got my fingers crossed hard that the package arrives and isnt picked up by some piece of garbage. i swear to god if i catch somebody stealing my mail i'll F them up. they will be my new lawn ornament for a little while. and if it's a kid i'm catching their butts and calling the cops. oh god i hope my package arrives safe. i don't know what i'll do if it doesn't : /
