Need all the help i can get
Have been taking Test Cyp and HGH for about 3 weeks, I feel more upbeat have more energy and the Doc says it will get even better, I started to work out at gym 5days/week as follow:
Monday= Quads and Hams + Cardio 45min HIIT
Tuesday= Chest and Soulders
Wednesday= Back and Abs + Cardio 45min HIIT
Thursday= Calves, Biceps
Friday= Triceps and Abs + Cardio 45min HIIT
Starting to see some difference on my waist from snug 38in to a comftable 36in and I have seen an increase on my weight started at 210lbs and now at 215lbs
Would like to get to a 34 or 32 but realistic a 34 will be perfect. I've always been very strong and been very heavy(fit but heavy) and people never believe me when I tell them my weight.
Any suggestions, recomendations or guidance will be greatly appreciated.
