Need all the help i can get
Have been taking Test Cyp and HGH for about 3 weeks, I feel more upbeat have more energy and the Doc says it will get even better, I started to work out at gym 5days/week as follow:
Monday= Quads and Hams + Cardio 45min HIIT
Tuesday= Chest and Soulders
Wednesday= Back and Abs + Cardio 45min HIIT
Thursday= Calves, Biceps
Friday= Triceps and Abs + Cardio 45min HIIT
Starting to see some difference on my waist from snug 38in to a comftable 36in and I have seen an increase on my weight started at 210lbs and now at 215lbs
Would like to get to a 34 or 32 but realistic a 34 will be perfect. I've always been very strong and been very heavy(fit but heavy) and people never believe me when I tell them my weight.
Any suggestions, recomendations or guidance will be greatly appreciated.

What are your goals just a 34 inch waist? I lost over 100 pounds w/o any cardio and I did a 3 day full body workout and that fits me best, just depends on what your goals are. Look up madcow 5x5 that is what I run and got strong in a year doing 5 different compounds. I would say diet > cardio by far.

congrats...
doesnt sound like you need help...just a little patience...
your on the perfect protocol hgh/test..
keep eye on bloodwork including estrogen and consider hcg to keep the boys plump..
good luck ....how old are you

sounds like you are on the right track, Good job so far.
I would head to the training and diet sections and start reading there.
