Low E2 levels will cause a host of issues including sore and aching joints and loss of energy which will definitely affect workouts.Quote:

Thanks. It truly is a double edged sword. My E2 is high partially due to my weight and age most likely. Pretty strong and have some size but low t and low motivation has had my nutrition in the tank.
