Dvt left calf.... Just restarted trt....bummer...

ok so i havent been on here for a long time, been doing my trt, until my pcp said 1900 levels were to high, my eurologist who is awesome said just do blood work every 2 weeks so ur levels arent as high as ur peak may just be higher and we know ur trough is horrible,

so i restarted my trt after being off it for a few months dieying and feeling depressed and like crap,

so 2nd shot, (left buttocks has always hurt down into left calf when i got a shot in that cheek)

so 1 week later the back of my knee tightens up and it hurts to bend it, i knew right away what was going down.... no swelling, a bit warm, but didnt show signs of dvt, so i went to my local horrible, hole in the wall er, and of course a doppler revealed nothing because...they are stupid....2 -3 days later im at the cardiologists office i tell him my symptoms, and right away a doppler and a left partially occlusive posterior tibial dvt is found.....

2 weeks later on xarelto, and its dissolved already... THANK THE LORD.... but now today ive been on xarelto for about 4 weeks, and legs feel like crap, im exhausted and tired all the time, AND IVE LOST 30 DAMN LBS IN THIS MONTH ALONE!!!!! wtf....


so got doc gluecks blood work so i can go get it done but of course my cardiologist does everything backwards, didnt do ANY blood work to begin with which i wanted, instead xarelto, and then doppler follow up and it was dissolved, so now i have to wait 3-4 weeks after im off anticoagulants to see if i have any clotting factors....

hope to god i dont have any as my test levels have crashed, and have no desire for sex, at all...no thoughts no anything.....

need to up cardio, got a trainer and eating well, but always have and have always had high cholesterol, need another nmr as well...


whats weird with the dvt, the same week i took my second shot i started a statin, only 5 mlg of crestor, and then a dvt? weirdly coincidental?


not sure but not going back on a statin,

if kelkel reads this please post up or pm me ur cholesterol lowering protocol please, i am planning on getting the pke9 shot and adding in a few supps....

Very sorry to hear of your troubles.
Exactly where in the glute are you injecting? It should be high and to the side, basically just behind the hip flexor.

Actually nurse does it upper outer, aft of hip, i dont pin myself,

So, what TRT protocol are you following? And how much time after pinning are you taking bloodwork?

Thank god the clot dissolve it self, good thing you know what symptoms to expect and what to do!

I'm no longer on trt due to the clot, and after i see my hematologist and get blood work for any predispositions on clotting ill see about starting up

Well clot dissolved quickly, have been okayed to resume trt, will give clomid a go to give myself a break from shots, also might add in some hgh, as this poisonous drug i had to take for the dvt cuased me to loose 35 lbs in over a month and a half,

Ill now take my natto abd serrapeptase as both help dissolve clots, and hematologist daid watch for bleeding but they both work as advertized
