its the igf.it will subside a bit,try upping your complex carbs.

BTW: I am goin to be eating about 300g P 300gC ED, very little fats. will I lose bf% while bulking on this?

I am doing 2 to 4 hrs before my workout! It seems to work good! I take some carbs 1 hour before my workout and about 50 gms Pwo wint protein a little after!
i usually drink a 23g + dextrose shake before my workout. immediately following (within 15 min) of my workout i inject the igf and down another shake. i dont seem to get any of the tiredness involved.
It depends what type of rice, white burns up into glycogen more quickly than brown so complex carbs being more like brownQuote:
