honey is ok.But post workout,you need the proper insulin spike to drive nutrients to the muscle.Use dextrose post workout.You won't get fat.It will convert to glycogen to replace what you exerted during training.Quote:

The info I've read says the increased insulin is very synergystic with lr3 IGF-1 & AAS. IMO, It's a small window at PWO so you might as well max it out. I'll prefer dextrose over injecting slin for now. I just don't want to mess with slin, it's a personal thing with me. Scares me a bit since my mother has adult onset diabetes.Quote:
