depends on alot.. i say a few lbs is great IMO but its EASY TO PACK ON FAT so be CAREFUL!

Insulin isn't something to use if you want to gain strength or weight. It is beneficial PWO for recovery purposes and that's it. If you do happen to gain a few LB from insulin then consider yourself very lucky. Many don't even feel anything when they are using insulin, however, this doesn't necessaraly mean insulin isn't doing its job.
