What do people typically gain in weight from a 4 week cycle of insulin ?

depends on alot.. i say a few lbs is great IMO but its EASY TO PACK ON FAT so be CAREFUL!

Im on a 4 day training split.

50mg insulin pw

100g dextros
15 gram cee
5 gram L lucine
60 whey

then solid meal about an hour after that....

i meant to say 5 iu, i dont even know why i said 50mg.

4 weeks on a 4 day split each post workout is 5iu.

So 20 seperate 5iu injections pw over a 4 week period.

Insulin isn't something to use if you want to gain strength or weight. It is beneficial PWO for recovery purposes and that's it. If you do happen to gain a few LB from insulin then consider yourself very lucky. Many don't even feel anything when they are using insulin, however, this doesn't necessaraly mean insulin isn't doing its job.
